Consultations
Belle Aimée Med Spa  is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal skin care goals.  To make this possible, we offer free consultations to our patients.  The purpose of this consultation is to help us understand your concerns and personal expectations as well as to provide you with information so you can make an informed decision regarding your available options for your medical treatments.

Scheduling
Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary.  If we have an available Esthetician, we will be happy to provide your desired treatment.  However, most procedures/treatments are booked in advance.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Arrival
We ask that all new patients check-in with the receptionist at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment.  If possible, print out and complete the required forms prior to your arrival at the spa.  This will eliminate the need for you to complete them when you arrive.  Because we are a medical spa, we require that all new patients fill out medical history information and treatment consent forms.

Late Arrivals
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service.  A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time.  In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient's session can begin on time.  If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible.  With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Any service over $100.00 will require a 24 hour cancellation notice and a credit card which will reserve your appointment. A cancellation after 24 hours or any no show will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the total amount scheduled. After 3 missed appointments we will require a credit card to re-book any new appointments.Product Returns
All Obagi skin care products are guaranteed.  Simply return the unused product within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to refund your money in the same method used for the original purchase of the product.

Payment
Belle Aimée Med Spa accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, and personal checks.  To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment.  All sales are final.  If a treatment series is discontinued due to an adverse reaction, a credit will be given towards another service that will address your original concerns.

For your Enjoyment
We request that you leave babies and children at home.  Turn off cell phones, pagers, blackberries, and ipods.  This is your time to relax and be in the moment.  Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us a memorable experience.

Gratuities
Belle Aimée Med Spa is primarily a medical office.  Gratuities for the Estheticians are not expected and are completely at your discretion.  Tips are not included in the prices of the treatments.
